I met Clare and Tom recently for their venue visit at Kimberley Hall, near Wymondham in Norfolk. But more on that lovely venue when I shoot their wedding in September! For their engagement session we traveled further north to Holkham on the Norfolk coast, where there’s a great (and actually sandy!) public beach which spreads out quite a distance. Perfect for a photo shoot, since it was relatively easy to exclude others (save one excited and sociable dog) from the photographs (but he doesn’t appear in this selection).

And a shoutout to the folks at ThinkTank for their StreetWalker HardDrive backpack. The bottom of the bag, at least, can withstand a fair amount of water, which I discovered after racing to rescue it from the tide. And thanks to Clare for spotting it and sending me running!
